Introduction of plate feeder:

The plate feeder is a kind of continuous conveying material machinery. It is widely used under large silos to transport large volume materials and evenly and continuously to various crushing equipment. BW/BZ type plate feeder is a new high-efficiency plate feeder developed by Phoenix. It can solve the problems of loose, block, and large material feeding in large and medium-sized production lines, especially for conveying large blocks, high temperature and sharpness. The materials are suitable and work reliably in open air and wet environments. At present, the machine has been widely used in cement, building materials, metallurgy, mining and other industrial sectors with its superior performance advantages.

Plate feeder principle:

The high-strength bulldozer with a pitch of 228.6mm (9吋) is forged as a traction member, and the two chains are connected to form a closed shape by bypassing a pair of driving sprocket mounted on the head of the body and a pair of tensioning pulleys at the tail of the body. The circuit, on each link of the two rows of chains, is equipped with overlapping super-structured troughs to form a continuous transport line capable of carrying material. Its own weight and the weight of the material are supported by a plurality of rows of rollers, chain rollers and slide rails mounted on the body. The transmission system is connected to the reducer via the AC variable frequency speed regulating motor, and then the extension sleeve and the driving device are directly connected to drive the carrier to operate at a low speed. The material discharged from the tail silo is transported along the conveying line to the front of the body for discharge, so as to achieve continuous and uniform feeding to the working machine below.

Plate feeder performance characteristics:

1, most of the no-load start, basically no overload phenomenon, accidentally with the rated load to start, the hopper has a maximum of 70t of coal;

2. It requires zero speed start, the speed range is 0~0.6 m/min, it can be manually controlled to slow acceleration or deceleration, and the speed is more than 0.3~0.5m/min and it runs stably;

3. The external load is basically stable during stable operation, and the impact is small;

4. The ambient temperature is low and the dust is large.
